1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jilii website accessible at jilii.io, including all associated pages, features, services, games, and tools.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers for or uses a jilii account.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the jilii Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's jilii Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own verified payment method.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the jilii Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the jilii Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jilii reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after mandatory verification checks.

2.2 Registration Process

To access real-money betting and gaming services on jilii, you are required to register a Player Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jilii Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. jilii employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances within them may be voided.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

You must not register or use a jilii Account if you are located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the jilii Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilii accepts no liability for any use of the Platform in a Prohibited Territory.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilii Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilii will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jilii support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jilii will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep all personal information associated with your Account accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or residential address — you must update your Account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay withdrawal processing and may result in account restrictions.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your jilii Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf. Any bets or wagers placed through your Account are deemed to have been placed by you personally and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilii does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on jilii is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the jilii Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. jilii is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 hours during regular operating hours (BST, UTC+6). jilii reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jilii is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. All Players may be required to submit identity verification documents including a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. jilii reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by jilii are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously registered under a different account are not eligible to claim new player bonuses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full in the relevant promotion terms and must be satisfied within the time period specified. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.

5.3 Game Contribution

Different games on the jilii Platform contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements, while table games, live casino, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

jilii reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any pattern of play that jilii reasonably considers to be exploitative. jilii's decision in such matters is final.

5.5 Modification of Promotions

jilii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagering requirements already in progress at the time of the change, except where required by applicable regulation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jilii reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the outcome of the event being bet upon is already known at the time the bet is placed; or jilii reasonably believes that the bet has been placed in bad faith or as part of a coordinated scheme.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, jilii reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and refund the corresponding stakes. Neither jilii nor its Game Providers shall be liable for losses arising from technical errors or malfunctions beyond their reasonable control.

6.3 Third-Party Game Rules

Games supplied by third-party Game Providers are governed by the rules of the respective provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a third-party Game Provider, the rules of the Game Provider shall apply with respect to the specific game in question.

6.4 Responsible Betting

jilii strongly encourages all Players to bet and play responsibly. Bet only what you can afford to lose. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilii Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Creating or using more than one registered Account on the jilii Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability of the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your true geographic location.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's Account or to any backend systems of the jilii Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards jilii staff or other Players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilii Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of jilii or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilii Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jilii Platform without prior written consent from jilii or the relevant rights holder.

The jilii name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of jilii. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jilii's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilii makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilii does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilii is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilii Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount that you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the jilii Platform. Exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by jilii

jilii reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where jilii reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. jilii will notify the Player of the reason for suspension where it is legally permissible to do so.

11.2 Termination by jilii

jilii may permanently close a Player Account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; the Player is found to have engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity; or the continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to jilii. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable investigation costs) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jilii Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jilii support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, jilii will process the request within 48 hours, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jilii operates. jilii operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the jilii Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. jilii accepts no liability for any Player's breach of local laws or regulations in connection with their use of the Platform.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jilii's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules specified by jilii at the time of the dispute. Players agree to exhaust all available internal dispute resolution options before initiating any external legal proceedings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jilii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual Players. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the jilii Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.3 above.

For changes that jilii considers to be material — for example, changes that significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — jilii will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
